National Geographic's classic map of the Moon, first compiled after the end of the Apollo program. Shows both front and back sides, with great detail of craters and seas. Supplementary notes list all Apollo moon flights, with landing spots keyed and shown on the map. Also explains moon phases, eclipses, and the effects of gravitation on the earth/moon orbits.
This is an original map folded into the February 1968 National Geographic Magazine. Rare. It is not a new reprint. There will be folds and fraying at the edges.>
