Shipping & InsuranceNote: Free shipping is for prints only, not framed images. Free Shipping orders will be shipped First Class Mail, which is usually slower than Priority. Expect about 5-7 days in transit. If you have a time specific requirement, choose Priority or, better yet, FedEX. FedEx orders usually go out SAME DAY. Prints usually take about 2-3 days before we can ship. Framed Prints about 1 week. Framed Panoramas might take a little longer than 1 week. Postage stamp orders are frequently shipped same day.
Note: For FedEx and UPS shipments, we are charged $10 extra if the ship to address is changed by customer in transit. We will pass this charge along.
Our store uses a USPS Real Time shipping calculation based on weight. We will refund any excess shipping charges to you if the final weight of the order comes out less.
The USPS advertises Priorty Mail as 2-3 day service. In fact, you can expect your shipment to be anywhere from 2-7 days. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery method. If you require a guaranteed delivery, please select FedEx.

You can check the status of your order by pressing the link in your order confirmation email anytime. When an item is shipped USPS Priority Mail, a shipment Delivery Confirmation link will be provided to you. However, tracking information will only be updated when your package arrives at the destination post office, and not enroute.

To see a shipping charge, just proceed to Check Out and review the invoice. You will be given the opportunity to cancel or continue. We charge only actual shipping costs.
