Note on Shipping estimates: All of our image orders are custom hand printed to order. Your email order confirmation should give you an estimate of when we can ship your order. This is not a guarantee. nor does the estimate include the time in transit. If you have and time constraints (birthday, etc), you should consider choosing Priority Mail, or Express. These orders get a preference. Free Shipping orders are shipped using slower methods.
Note: For FedEx and USPS shipments, we are charged $10 extra if the ship to address is changed by customer in transit. We will pass this charge along.
Our store uses a USPS Real Time shipping calculation based on weight. We will refund any excess shipping charges to you if the final weight of the order comes out less.
The USPS advertises Priorty Mail as 2-3 day service. In fact, you can expect your shipment to be anywhere from 2-7 days. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery method. If you require a guaranteed delivery, please select FedEx.

You can check the status of your order by pressing the link in your order confirmation email anytime. When an item is shipped USPS Priority Mail, a shipment Delivery Confirmation link will be provided to you. However, tracking information will only be updated when your package arrives at the destination post office, and not enroute.
