Returns

All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase

Unless the replacement is for damage, Buyer must pay all return shipping charges.

Prints and Framed images are returnable for replacement only if damaged. If you don't like the "quality" of the image, you may choose another image of the same size, and we will ship to you for free. This does not apply to Framed Images, MetalPrints, or Fine Art, or Gallery Wrapped images. No cash refunds. All orders are shipped insured. Refunds for transit damage are the responsibility of the freight carrier.


Framed, MetalPrints or Gallery Wrap, or Fine Art images cannot be returned for image quality reasons, unless image or frame is damaged.



Please email within 14 days of receipt of order before returning the shipment to us, otherwise we cannot process the return. Orders shipped to us without a Return Authorization number on the outside of the package or without original packaging will be refused and returned to sender.

Our terms are FOB Saratoga, CA USA. All orders are fully insured for damage due to the conveyance. If you detect damage to the outside of the shipping box, please do not accept the shipment. If there is internal damage, notify us immediately by phone at +1 (408) 695-3275, and keep all packaging material. The inspectors need to see this in order to process out Claim. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments returned without original packaging.
