Note: Prints and Framed images are returnable for replacement if damaged. If you are unsatisfied with the image, you may return it for a store credit only, or we will reprint the image free of charge. All orders are shipped insured. Refunds for transit damage are the responsibility of the freight carrier.



Custom, Framed, or Special orders may not be returned. However, we will correct any defects. Customs or Local Taxes levied at the destination cannot be refunded for International shipments.

Our terms are FOB Saratoga, CA. All orders are fully insured. If you detect damage to the outside of the shipping box, please do not accept the shipment. If there is internal damage, notify us immediately by phone at (408) 741-2246, and keep all packaging material. The inspectors need to see this in order to process out Claim. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments returned without original packaging.

Please email jturley@skyimagelab.com before returning the shipment to us, otherwise we cannot process the return. Orders shipped to us without a Return Authorization number on the outside of the package or without original packaging will be refused and returned to sender.
